All sales are final. No refunds or request for cancellations are accepted. Preorders and Hand crafted / Hand painted items with a longer ship time cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues: All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality. We do not ship damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery if there are any issues with your order so that we can evaluate and give proper options. You may reach us at

If a damaged item is approved for return within the 3 day window of contacting us the return label must be scanned in by the carrier within 5 days and show transit movement.

The following fees will apply to all returns of an item:

  • Credit Card Fee - 5% of total order cost for any returned order to cover credit card fees. 
  • Restocking Fee – A percentage of the item(s) cost will be reduced when a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested to cover restocking costs. The fee will be based on the return timeliness from the date the RMA is granted:
    • Within 1-10 days - 15%
    • Within 11-20 days - 30%
    • Within 21-30 days - 50%
    • Within 31-40 days - 75%
    • RMA is void and there will be no refund of any type if the item(s) are not returned after 40 days and package will be refused and returned to sender. 
  • Packaging Fee - Refund amount will be reduced an additional 15% for item(s) not returned in original packaging when applicable.
 Lost, Stolen or Damaged in transit Items are not replaceable, exchangeable or refundable if we are not contacted within the 3 day window of Carrier showing delivery of the package. It is your responsibility to report any damage to us within 72 hours of item being delivered  please review our Terms & ConditionsShipping Fees:Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.If we receive a returned package for insufficient address entered at the time of checkout, You will still be responsible for shipping. Likewise if we have to send out your package again, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.Return Shipping:If our company return policy window timeline has passed to report a damaged item - You are fully responsible to ship the item back to us via USPS / UPS or FedEX at your expense & only STORE CREDIT can be issued minus any shipping fees.Returns may take up to 10 business days to process after receipt/delivery. Refusing a Delivery:If you refuse a delivery you will be charged a 30% restocking fee & return shipping costs.
